Terms of Service

1. Who provides the Service

The Service is provided by Wallace Technology LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Washington, USA (Washington UBI number 606 031 393). References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Wallace Technology LLC.

2. What the Service does

REIceipt AI is a record-keeping tool for rental property owners and short-term-rental hosts. It helps you:

• Scan and store receipts, and read details from them automatically;
• Track mileage for trips related to your properties;
• Log participation hours for short-term-rental activity;
• Organize and export your own records.

Automatic reading of receipts and other automated features are provided on a best-effort basis and can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing your records for accuracy.

3. Your account and your responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your device, app-store account, and any connected accounts (such as Google Drive) secure, and for all activity that happens under them. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and automatic renewal

• Plan and price. REIceipt Premium Annual costs $14.99 per year (US dollars). Prices in other countries are set by the app store and may differ.
• Free trial. A 30-day free trial is offered to new subscribers. The trial is currently provided inside the app. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and the first annual charge is applied.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically every year unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• How to cancel. You can cancel at any time in your app-store account settings. On iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → REIceipt AI → Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play Store app → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → REIceipt AI → Cancel subscription. We cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Price changes. If we change the price, the app store will notify you and ask for your consent before any new price takes effect, as required by the store.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by us, so refunds are handled by them under their own policies. On iPhone or iPad, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, request one from your Google Play order history. We are not able to issue refunds directly, but if you are unsure where to start, email us and we will point you to the right place.

6. REIceipt AI is not tax, legal, or accounting advice

REIceipt AI is a record-keeping tool only. It does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice, and nothing in the app, on this website, or in any of our materials should be treated as such advice. Categories, summaries, mileage figures, hour logs, and exports are conveniences to help you organize your own records — they are not a determination of what is deductible, what qualifies for any tax treatment or election, or what you owe. Tax rules change and depend on your individual circumstances. You should consult your CPA, tax adviser, or attorney before filing or making any tax or legal decision. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter and of any return or filing you make.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading, including creating false records;
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that infringes someone else’s rights;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• Resell, sublicense, or share paid access with people outside your household or business without our permission;
• Use automated means to scrape or bulk-extract the Service.

We may suspend or end access to the Service if these Terms are broken.

8. Your content and your privacy

You keep ownership of the receipts, images, and records you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the Service for you (for example, processing an image so the app can read it). How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, including the REIceipt AI name, logo, software, and design, belongs to Wallace Technology LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated readings will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wallace Technology LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or tax penalties, interest, or additional tax arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will give notice in the app or by email where practical. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription in your app-store settings and deleting the app. You can request deletion of your account or data as described on our Support page. We may suspend or end the Service, in whole or in part, if we stop offering it or if these Terms are broken.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington State, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country.
